Through caring and questions I help people and companies grow.

I have over a decade of experience in companies large and small, across a number of sectors. I am a chartered accountant but my more recent roles have been broader, looking at the operations of companies and how to improve these. I have seen similar issues across a variety of companies – small, niggling problems that no-one gets round to sorting; a lack of understanding of which areas are the most profitable; use of numerous spreadsheets rather than more effective tools, etc. I believe that each company is unique and there is no one size fits all solution for any problem – however I do believe that with time (which most employees don’t have), small tweaks can create significant benefits.
