I love the Olympics! And despite all the challenge

I love the Olympics! And despite all the challenges that Tokyo has faced, it still produced so many inspiring moments.

Some of my highlights include:

- The high jumpers who chose to share the gold medal
- Simone Biles’ bravery to prioritise her mental health (but still win a bronze medal)
- Tom Daley’s tears as he finally won a gold medal 13 years after making his Olympic debut aged 14
- Charlotte Worthington’s 360 degree backflip in her BMX freestyle run - the first time this had ever been done in a woman’s competition
